Sourabh Niyogi is CEO of MdotM. He leads product development on MdotM's Demand Side Platform and coordinates everyone 24/7 around operations of said platform. Sourabh is working hard to find time to get a 4S and quiz Siri on the really important questions in life, like how to track conversions when will UDIDs be unavailable and when tablets don't have IMEIs and 3MM devices have the same Android ID.
Sonia Gonzalez runs sales and ad operations at MdotM. Sonia loves to smile and is the person advertisers work with to make awesome-performing campaigns. Making MdotM's advertising partners happy, makes her smile: nothing will get in the way of her solving a problem, and everyone knows it. Addicted to Verizon, Sonia currently sports a Droid Incredible, an iPod Touch and an iPad. But when no one is looking, Sonia will speed to the nearest party and engage in salsa dancing, hopefully without crashing.
Rodney Witcher is Director of Business Development at MdotM. Rodney manages MdotM's relationships with the plethora of supply sources available to advertisers through MdotM ("Earth's Biggest Mobile DSP"). Rodney is a sports fanatic and loves #winning! If MdotM advertisers aren't getting the scale they desire, then it's not a win and Rodney refuses to lose. Rodney's recently upgraded iPhone 4 is already out of date according to 'Siri' but that doesn't keep him from taking on all challengers in Words With Friends. In addition to a good pick-up basketball game, he enjoys spending time with his wife and having interesting conversations and debates with friends.
Andrew Tan heads up MdotM's sales efforts in the East Coast based out of New York. He takes a consultative approach with all his clients to ensure that expectations are not only met but exceeded with every campaign executed. Andrew is never seen without his iPhone 4S and iPad; a recent Blackberry convert. In addition, Andrew loves apps, especially cheese plates. When no one is looking, he can be found exploring the city on his two wheeled vehicles or with his dog, Kobe.
Cynthia Gonzalez is an Ad Operations Manager at MdotM. Cynthia works to make sure campaigns are running smoothly and advertisers are satisfied. She focuses on optimizing these campaigns in different ways. Cynthia currently sports an iPhone. Outside of the office, she likes to read, watch funny movies and pranks on YouTube (like this one).
Ivan Chow is Marketing Manager at MdotM. Ivan's sole aim is to ensure that MdotM maintains its dominance as Earth's Biggest Mobile DSP. His motivation comes from "optimize prime" himself and is eager to ensure that clients and publishers alike are ecstatic with the platform that MdotM provides. Ivan just recently upgraded to a iPhone 4S in commemoration of Steve Jobs, and is eager to show Siri off to others.
Bryan Zheng is an Optimization Analyst at MdotM. He loves to crunch numbers to achieve 100% efficiency. On the weekends, Bryan likes to go on day trips, especially really long hikes in Yosemite.
Rocio Gonzalez is a Mobile Advertising Associate. She does a little bit of account management and lead generation. She spends quality time looking for new advertising partners and is always eager to help new clients get their campaigns running smoothly. Rocio currently sports an iPhone. She loves living healthy and is into fashion.
Vivian Fei is an Account Manager at MdotM, making sure our advertisers are all happy customers. She loves basketball and football, and would've been a star NFL linebacker if she had not torn her ACL while working on an assignment for MdotM. She also enjoys cooking, but not cleaning.
Kate Kaffun is an Account Manager at MdotM. She works very hard to make sure her campaigns are optimized to their greatest potential and scale to their highest degree. When Kate is not out watching professional baseball games in the city, you will usually find her busting her moves at one of the many ballroom dance studios in the Silicon Valley. Kate can never be seen without her Android phone and her New iPad.
Stephen Arsenault is a Graphic Designer for MdotM. He is responsible for creating persuasive graphics with the creative edge necessary to push any campaign to the next level. When he's not commuting you will usually find him exploring the beautiful California scenery with his girlfriend and a Nikon D80 or working on his iPad Mini.
