Account Manager

CrossChannel’s success is closely intertwined with excellent account and campaign management. Our vision is to lead and pave new paths in a high growth industry!
This is a role for a self-starter who is hard working, analytical, creative, and passionate about mobile!
In this role, you will lead client relationships and grow revenues.

Responsibilities:

Ensure clients are happy and that our clients spread their love of CrossChannel with the world!
Effectively manage multiple clients ensuring that expectations are met and often exceeded!
Communicate with clients daily in a fast & efficient manner; juggle 20 balls at once.
Manage mobile display campaigns on a daily basis for multiple clients to achieve client goals.
Create and execute plans so that our customer’s campaigns scale quickly.
Traffic, start, create, optimize and grow ROI positive mobile display campaigns.
Produce fresh ideas for mobile display ads by using historical data and creativity
Run A/B tests on creative and determine which to run on campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams to produce better performing mobile display ads
Daily optimizations of campaigns to maximize growth and ROI
Analyze publisher inventory performance to produce the strongest campaign results
Develop strategies based on data, creative performance to further grow campaigns
Review campaign management protocols to improve campaigns
Teach and train our clients to use our awesome products!
Analyze campaign results and communicate results to clients
Help find potential new business clients by calling, emailing, and/or visiting
Help manage, maintain, and grow a database of leads

Requirements

Entrepreneurially minded (you love start-ups): you know how to grow campaigns and will do what it takes to ensure your campaigns succeed.
You are curious, enjoy learning and love helping others! You want to spread CrossChannel joy to all our partners and potential partners!
You not only create plans for campaign success but execute daily to ensure you and your campaigns grow!
You love multi-tasking and you are not just comfortable but excel in fast-paced, start-up environment.
You’re super organized, strategic and can prioritize your time like no one else.
You have a BA/BS degree and excelled in your studies
You’re knowledgeable and have a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
You have 3+ years of account management success in mobile or online media.
You are great at math and can solve hard problems
Even though you don’t know how to code, you can learn basic technical lingo or skills
You’re highly ambitious, were born to take initiative and can multi-task super well.
You are creative and curious; you will explore creative possibilities, test your ideas, iterate and improve!
You pay attention to the details; you like to cross all “t’s” and dot every “i.”
You are an excellent communicator and can consult clients to achieve their goals with CrossChannel.
You’re a team player with a positive attitude and love winning.
Experience in mobile (or online) advertising would be awesome!
You desire to help CrossChannel lead in mobile advertising; and will help convince our clients to do the same by your great work!
You love a challenge and are seeking a great opportunity!
